Anyway, as some may or may not have known, I've been away for the past week in ALASKA. On vacation. Yes. Amazing. I dragged myself away from the computer and internet for ONE WHOLE WEEK. Yes. But, that's not all. Nope.

I've been...uncharacteristically stressed as of late. I'm usually not the kind of person who likes to seriously go on griping rants of doom and despair online, but I guess there's a breaking point for everyone, amirite? So yeah. I've kind of hit that point. No, I'm not going to be all "i haet u im leavin". Nope. None of that from me. I'm staying, but I'd just like to say that I probably won't be posting/uploading/etc. as much, like, anywhere, until I lose some stress and get myself back in order.

I am tired, depressed, lacking muse, and just feeling absolutely unmotivated to the most absolute sense. I usually prefer to be the one that yells at people who write these sorts of journals, but I guess it's my turn to be a hypocrite for a little while and just sort of wallow in my own misery 'til I feel better. Yup. So yeah. I'm still on, still posting and whatnot, but I'mma be slow. Real slow. You won't see much art or sprites for awhile, and I'm almost tempted to stop spriting altogether. Just because. d:

I wouldn't say hypocrite, I think its good to know that you're straight out saying that you feel that your in the same boat as a lot of people. Honestly, you see me rant all the time about this kinda stuff, you know what, I find that we gotta loose our way kind of to find ourselves again as weird as it as sounds. Heck I figured after my recent rant and people commenting back, maybe just maybe, this truly taking a break, not just saying "oh I need a break from all this" and then start up again like a day or a week later. I think you might be like some people that you set this subconscious standard for yourself, and burned yourself out. Heck I think I've been burned out and try to relight my fire with used up coal so to say.

Point being, I think you need a break from all this, not like what I do and declare it just cause I feel like it, but I think you need a change in scenery. For me I think its being with people that I like to be around, and forget about my portion as an artist, but as a weird 18 year old guy with the mentality of a 15 year old that likes to hang out with friends and family.

Point being, relax a bit, I think you just need to find away to draw yourself away from your, um, we'll call this your internet half for now, I think I'm at a little better ease since I've been able to stray away from it better now. If you read my wall of text, thanks. ;D

I'm glad you're back now. We all missed you at Soul War.

If you need a couple days to get your shit together, then by all means, do so.

But don't forget, you have Soul War, and your watchers on dA to back you up and cheer you on.
